Route Overview
Travel along the Liberation Route that highlights the many sacrifices made and many lives lost for the realisation of freedom and equality in South Africa.
For that reason, it is necessary for us as we enjoy this democracy to take a good look at our past to learn from it, and to admire those who made significant contributions in the Resistance of Colonialism and Apartheid.
There are many injustices of the past of which we must educate, and restore dignity of the victims and promote social justice to strengthen democracy.
